Our Mission

AGS is a robust, certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) started in September of 2009 by Mr. Gil Dickens, a 20 year Air Force veteran, based in Lorton, Virginia. Our AGS Team takes pride in highly successful support of the Department of Defense and Federal Agency missions; we want to contribute – and leave a mark of superior performance that directly enables the men and women of the DoD and those agencies to accomplish their objectives at the highest performance level possible.

The AGS team has rapidly expanded in recent years, to include IT and Cyber technology specialties with the addition of expert teaming partners, full spectrum training curriculum development and delivery, and logistics in addition to substantive capability in quantitative, engineering and program management. We support strategic growth initiatives with top-notch, qualified Large and Small Business (SB) partners and ensure that all AGS contracts with SB requirements are fully compliant. AGS and partners provide Integrated Business Solutions for IT/Cyber, Training, PPBE/Financial Management, Business Case Analysis/Cost Estimating, Systems Acquisition, Logistics and Systems Engineering serving Federal and Private sector clients.

Headquartered in Lorton, VA, we have an AGS location in Old Town Alexandria, VA, and we serve the DC, Virginia and Maryland areas with major partners supporting clients in Northern Virginia and neighboring states. Some of our Partners and offices are in Nashville, TN, San Diego, CA, Atlanta, GA and many major metropolitan cities across the United States.
